I am Monet, a multidisciplinary artist/photographer creating conceptual art, & curator.

Surreal is existent. Monet Oganesian is a visionary artist, whose interdisciplinary work transcends the confines of traditional mediums. Through her expressions, she elegantly weaves together abstract representations of philosophical concepts and ideas, creating a tapestry of human connection and understanding. At the heart of her art lies a passionate desire to communicate and engage with others and invite them on a journey of introspection to explore the intricacies of human experience. Whether exploring the depths of psychology, the beauty of nature, or the complexities of human behavior, Monet's work is a testament to her unwavering commitment to both the power of art and the power of the human spirit. In the foundation of Monet’s installations, she believes the relationship between humans and nature is that with friction comes flow; I believe nature always prevails because it flows.

In the foundation of Monet’s photography, her intent is for viewers to perceive a subjective reality through her mind’s eye. She focuses on the basic elements of her subjects. She uses minimal manipulation with no more than 3 editing techniques and doesn’t use ai-generated edits. If more editing is needed she discards the image. In Monet’s street photography, everyday life is the stage of our perception. Fujifilm always.

Ongoing project series: “Encapsulating a Paradox” and “Crying Evil Eyes.“
